Completion of identification data to the Business Register

We will prepare for your company documents for the application by which will be completed identification data (dates of birth, ID numbers, other identifiers, Organization Identification Number [IČO]) of partners, managers, procurators, liquidators, members of the supervisory board, etc. to the Business Register.

This obligation includes only applies to companies established before 01/10/2020.

If the data are not registered or the application for registration will not be submitted by 30/09/2022, the Business Register may impose a fine up to 3310 EUR on the manager

How to verify that the company has all the required information?

It is necessary for you to check the data in your Slovak company at www.orsr.sk.

If there are showed green marks for all persons (partner, manager, shareholder, procurator, liquidator, member of supervisory board, etc.), this data are already registered and you do not have to do anything.

If there is showed a red marks for any person, it means that you have not entered identification data (date of birth and ID number / other identifier, Organization Identification Number [IČO]) and these must completed.

CAUTION: It often happens that for the manager is showed a green mark but for the same person as a partner is showed a red mark. Even in this case it is necessary to complete identification data to the partner because it has not been identified in the system!

If the data for persons (partners, managers, procurators, liquidators, members of the supervisory body, etc.) registered in the Business Register are not up to date, it is necessary to make a classic change (eg change of surname, residence, business name, registered seat, etc).

There is intended a classic change form to meet this obligation, the form can only be submitted by electronic means.

In addition to the power of attorney, other documents will be prepared according to the kind of changes.

The purpose of data completion is that when data changes in the future, the data from other public administration information systems can be downloaded automatically. If e.g. the partner, manager moves or changes the surname, the company will no longer have to submit the charged application for registration to change the data but it will be possible to process the change of data in the automated way.

Identification data to be completed:

• ID number (the equivalent of a birth number or the number of an identity card or passport for foreigners)
